Harvey J's Not Even Performing In Chicago During Upcoming Pancakes & Henny Tour

Today Harvey J announced a tour themed around his recent release "Pancakes & Hennessy" that will encompass 6 cities and 5 states. One of the more interesting things about the line-up of dates was that his biggest market Chicago is clearly omitted. Is this because many Chi clubs have been banning rap shows lately? Was it a mistake? With such a strong following out of Chicago I would have expected at least 1 show. What can be done to bring him out here? Are the promoters THAT slack? Have they not heard "Save Her"? I'm sure the fact North Carolina is also left out will be a problem.
